E&T Level I, IIA, IIIB, IIIC, IVD and V: not creditable/nicht anrechenbar
E&T Level IIB, IIIA: only creditable with certificate of completion in a trade closely related to the position (Automotive Mechanic/ Automotive Electronics Mechanic, Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic) PLUS 2 years experience at the journeyman level
E&T Level IIB, IIIA, IVB, IVC: anrechenbar, wenn die Ausbildung in dem entsprechenden Handwerk abgeschlossen wurde PLUS 2 Jahre Gesellenerfahrung
E&T Level IVB, IVC only creditable with certificate of completion in a trade closely related to the position (Automotive Mechanic/ Automotive Electronics Mechanic, Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic).
E&T Level IVB, IVC anrechenbar, wenn die Ausbildung in dem entsprechenden Handwerk abgeschlossen wurde.
Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade.
Innerbetriebliche Arbeitnehmer, die bereits 1 Jahr im gleichen oder aehnlichen Taetigkeitsbereich beschaeftigt sind, qualifizieren fuer den naechst hoeheren Bezahlungsgrad.
