- ou will work with our highly motivated team, creating digital manuals and online documentation / help text for our multi-lingual enterprise products (German / English / French / Spanish). During the development of our software products you will support the developper teams with specifications and be responsible for writing technical documentation, coordinating localization / translation and ensuring consistent terminology.
You will create and maintain teaching materials for colleagues and customers. You will enhance and monitor the automated production process for digital documentation delivered to 30 countries.
At EMPIC, you will have the opportunity to progress in various technical areas and to take on responsibility for the documentation of our products and modules.

Y
- ou have successfully completed training as a technical writer or related profession.
Y- our have several years of professional experience in creating single source documentation for software products and you have a thorough understanding of XML.
P- referably, you know docbook , or else DITA.
Y- ou are fluent in written and spoken English as well as German, and you have solid knowledge of Spanish and/or French (level B2).
A- plus, but not required, is experience in working with XSLT, XSL-FO, CSS.
Y- ou are at ease communicating directly with our international customers.
