To keep our workplace running smoothly and make sure the team has everything it needs to do great work, we are looking for a Team Assistant (f/m/d) on a mini-job basis in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
NOTE: This is a mini-job with 4 hours / week every Tuesday and once every 3 months with 12 hours/week during our quarterly planning week.
- Keep the kitchen, fridge and shared spaces stocked, tidy and welcoming incl. drinks, snacks and fruit.
- Take care of shipments and mail (receiving, preparing, handing over).
- Coordinate small maintenance tasks for office appliances and handle light repairs.
- Prepare and support team gatherings such as lunches, coffee & cake, and breakfast during planning weeks.
- Water plants and help with seasonal touches like light decoration (e.g. Christmas).
- Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment and access (laptop, headphones, keys).
- Help organize and set up smaller team events.
- A reliable, structured way of working and a hands-on mindset.
- The ability to organize yourself and keep an overview of recurring tasks.
- Enjoyment of organizing and creating a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to work independently, manage small tasks and follow through reliably.
- Fluent English skills (around C1 level) and good German skills (at least B1 level).
- Comfort with fixing small things and handling simple repairs in the office.
- Good communication skills and an open, friendly mindset.
- Openness to occasionally support on-site when the team needs you.
- Confidence using basic office tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack)

- Prior experience as team assistant, office manager, or in a similar support role.
- A flexible mini-job with an average of around 4 hours per week.
