Als Conference & Events Sales Executive (m/w/d ) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Umsatzsteigerung, indem du Anfragen in herausragende Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen verwandelst und gleichzeitig langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Gästen und Kund:innen aufbaust.
Du passt zu uns, wenn:
- Du über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Commercial verfügst, bestenfalls in einem Hotel und/oder als Eventplaner für Veranstaltung mit 200+ Gästen
- Du ausgeprägte organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten mitbringst und die Fähigkeit hast, mehrere Anfragen und Veranstaltungen gleichzeitig zu steuern
- Du eine positive „Can‑do“-Einstellung mit klarer, selbstbewusster Kommunikation kombinierst
- Du eine starke Service‑ und Gästeorientierung sowie Leidenschaft für exzellente Kundenerlebnisse hast
- Du souverän und professionell mit Anfragen per Telefon und E‑Mail umgehst
- Du dich schnell in neue Systeme einarbeiten kannst und IT-affin bist
- Du über Kenntnisse von Hotel‑Property‑Management‑ und Eventmanagement‑Systemen verfügst
- Du sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse hast
