We are a growing cleaning company based in Berlin, taking care of private homes, holiday apartments, and commercial properties. We are looking for a reliable, thorough, and friendly cleaner (m/f/d) to join our team!
What we offer
- Fair and punctual payment: €13.90–15/hour depending on experience
- Flexible working hours (mainly weekday mornings/midday, weekends)
- Secure part-time contract (approx. 10–30 hours/week) with probation period
- A small, friendly team with direct communication with the owner
- Clear checklists – you'll always know exactly what to do
- Long-term collaboration with regular clients you'll get to know well over time
- All cleaning supplies and materials are provided
Your tasks
- Willing to travel to different locations across Berlin
- Regular cleaning of private homes (recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
- Thorough cleaning of holiday apartments after guest check-out (turnover cleanings)
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and maintaining surfaces
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens with care and precision
- Making fresh beds and changing towels (for holiday apartments)
- Sending photos / short confirmation once cleaning is finished
Your profile
- Reliable and punctual – this is the most important thing for us
- Attention to detail – our clients expect high standards
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Friendly and respectful communication with clients and guests
- Basic knowledge of English is enough
- Physically fit for cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, making beds)
- Looking for a long-term role: able to commit for at least 6 months
- Right to work in Germany
