As our Field Sales Performance Manager, your mission is simple:
Build the highest-performing Brand Ambassador team in Germany.
You'll be the bridge between leadership and our field sales team, ensuring every Brand Ambassador has the coaching, tools, confidence and accountability needed to consistently perform at their best.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time out in the field working directly alongside the team. Most of your time will be spent supporting events across the Frankfurt region, with occasional travel further afield as the business grows. Alongside field coaching, you'll analyse performance, develop training programmes, support new starters, and work closely with leadership to continuously raise standards across the business.
Success in this role isn't measured by your own sales - it's measured by the success of the people you develop.
- Lead the onboarding and training of every new Brand Ambassador, giving them the knowledge, confidence and skills to succeed from day one.
- Coach Brand Ambassadors in the field through regular stand visits, live feedback and structured development plans.
- Drive performance across key KPIs including sales, conversion, customer experience and retention.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement across the field team.
- Identify performance trends, strengths and development opportunities through data and regular coaching observations.
- Hold constructive performance conversations and create clear improvement plans for underperforming team members.
- Recognise and reward high performance while maintaining consistently high standards.
- Ensure sales processes, stand presentation, customer engagement and brand representation remain consistent across every event.
- Deliver refresher training sessions, workshops and coaching initiatives as the business evolves.
- Work closely with the Head of Direct Sales and Events Coordinator to identify opportunities for performance improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead by example by demonstrating exceptional professionalism and sales capability whenever you're in the field.

Experience
- Several years' experience leading, coaching or developing sales teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced commercial environments.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management.
- Experience delivering coaching, onboarding or training programmes.
- Fluent German (C1+) and confident English.
- Willingness to regularly travel throughout the Frankfurt region, with occasional travel to support events elsewhere in Germany.
Experience in direct sales, retail or face-to-face customer acquisition is highly valued but not essential.
