Als Events Specialist - Support (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der erfolgreichen Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Kongressen, strategischen Veranstaltungen und Clinical-Education-Aktivitäten. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern, externen Dienstleistern und internationalen Teams zusammen, um hochwertige Events termingerecht, budgetkonform und unter Einhaltung aller Compliance-Anforderungen umzusetzen. Dabei steuerst Du operative Prozesse entlang des gesamten Event-Lifecycles, von der Vorbereitung über die Vor-Ort-Betreuung bis zur Nachbereitung. Koordiniere Kongresse, strategische Veranstaltungen und Clinical-Education-Aktivitäten entsprechend lokaler Geschäftsanforderungen.
- Unterstütze die Planung und Umsetzung von Events gemeinsam mit dem Events Lead Specialist und übersetze Anforderungen in konkrete Maßnahmenpläne.
- Steuere operative Aktivitäten vor, während und nach Veranstaltungen und sorge für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Organisiere Veranstaltungsorte, Dienstleister, Logistik, Materialien und Eventressourcen unter Einhaltung geltender Prozesse und Compliance-Richtlinien.
- Pflege Eventkalender, Kampagnensetups sowie Eventmanagement-Systeme und stelle eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.
- Bearbeite administrative Prozesse wie Bestellungen, Rechnungen, Verträge, Speaker-Logistik und Lieferantenkoordination.
- Überwache Budgets, unterstütze KPI-Tracking und liefere zeitnahe sowie präzise Statusupdates.
- Kommuniziere regelmäßig mit internen Stakeholdern, Partnern und internationalen EMEA-Teams und löse operative Herausforderungen effizient.

Berufserfahrung im Bereich Eventmanagement, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Planung und Koordination von Veranstaltungen, Kongressen oder Unternehmens-Events.
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu steuern.
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten.
- Analytisches Verständnis für Budgetkontrolle, KPI-Monitoring und Reporting.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit Salesforce, CRM-Systemen, Eventmanagement-Tools oder SAP ist von Vorteil.
