Introduction to the job
Within Operations EUV Clamps, you lead a manufacturing group at BER 02 with a focus on qualification. Your team ensures that components and processes can be reliably transferred into serial production. You operate at the interface between Development, Manufacturing, and ramp‑up, creating clarity in priorities and delivering robust, data-driven results.
You lead a team of three Team Leads and approx 60 employees, shaping how collaboration and accountability are lived in daily operations. You challenge the status quo and drive change, strengthen your team in delivering quality and ownership, and bring the right perspectives together so decisions are effective and sustainable. This is how you create results that hold up in daily production and drive the progress of manufacturing.
Role and responsibilities
You provide disciplinary and functional leadership to Team Leads, shift leaders, and employees, continuously developing your organization.
You ensure compliance with key performance indicators, particularly in quality, lead time, safety, and cost.
Education and experience
You hold a technical qualification, for example as a technician, master craftsman, or a comparable background with relevant professional experience.

Dein Arbeitsumfeld
Im Bereich Operations EUV Clamps führst du eine Fertigungsgruppe mit Fokus auf die Qualifizierung von Bauteilen. Dein Team stellt sicher, dass Bauteile in der richtigen Qualität ausgeliefert werden und alle funktionellen sowie optischen Anforderungen sicher erfüllen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der Fertigungsleitung sowie den Servicebereichen Fertigungssteuerung, Prozess-/ Produktverantwortlichen sowie der QA zusammen.
Du führst du eine Gruppe mit sechs Teamleiter:innen sowie ca. 60 Mitarbeitenden und prägst, wie Zusammenarbeit und Verantwortung im Alltag gelebt werden. Du hinterfragst Bestehendes und treibst Veränderungen voran – Challenge. Du stärkst dein Team im Anspruch an Qualität und Verantwortung – Care. Du bringst die richtigen Perspektiven zusammen, damit Entscheidungen greifen – Collaboration. So entstehen Ergebnisse, die im Produktionsalltag tragen und den Fortschritt der Fertigung sichern.
