Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Produktion mit Verantwortung: Herstellung und Verarbeitung von hochwertigem medizinischem Cannabis nach strengen GMP-Richtlinien – Qualität steht bei uns an erster Stelle.
- Technik im Griff: Vorbereitung und Überwachung moderner Trimmanlagen sowie Trocknungskammern – für präzise Abläufe und optimale Ergebnisse.
- Sorgfalt im Detail: Vorbereiten/Durchführung von Verpackungsprozessen unter Einhaltung höchster Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
- Mitgestalten statt nur ausführen: Erstellung und Pflege von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs), um unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Alles im Blick: Lückenlose Dokumentation aller Produktionsschritte gemäß regulatorischen Anforderungen.
- Qualität sichern: Unterstützung bei Inprozesskontrollen und Qualitätsprüfungen.
- Sicher arbeiten: Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Innovation leben: Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen und Validierungen – deine Ideen sind willkommen!
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharmakant; PTA/CTA/BTA oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld.
- Erste Erfahrung mit Word/Excel/Teams.
- Du bist zuverlässig, teamorientiert und arbeitest sorgfältig.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
