To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Shop Technician (m/f/d) who contributes with technical expertise and a strong team spirit to keeping our inspection systems in top condition.
Purpose of the Position
As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art pipeline inspection tools. You ensure that our equipment is always fully operational and ready for deployment, thereby making a key contribution to the success of our projects worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Assembly, configuration, and inspection of pipeline inspection tools
- Performing functional tests and quality checks
- Maintenance and refurbishment of tools
- Reading and implementing technical drawings
- Identifying and reporting deviations or technical issues
- Ensuring compliance with processes, checklists, and quality standards
- Adhering to HSEQ guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment
- Close collaboration with other departments to ensure successful project execution
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, mechanical engineering)
- Initial experience in a technical environment is an advantage (e.g. ILI, UT)
- Experience working with mechanical and electronic systems
- Confident use of tools and measurement equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
