We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a well-established, independent insurance brokerage with a strong reputation in the Hamburg region. Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients

Act as the primary point of contact for commercial property and liability insurance matters

Prepare, negotiate, and administer insurance policies and contracts

Support clients throughout the claims management process

Liaise with insurance carriers and clients to ensure effective policy management

Design customized insurance solutions tailored to each client's business needs

Support client meetings, annual reviews, and strategic insurance projects

Maintain accurate documentation and independently manage all related processes

Deliver exceptional service and build long-term client relationships

Qualification as an Insurance and Finance Specialist or equivalent professional background

Experience in commercial property and/or liability insurance

Previous experience within an insurance company, brokerage, or similar environment

Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management concepts

Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style

High level of customer focus and service orientation

Confidence communicating with business owners, executives, and decision-makers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with OpenViva is advantageous but not required
