The Country Medical Representative is the guardian of the medical and scientific vision of the country affiliate, covering both diagnostic activities and the preparation and introduction of therapeutic products.
He/she defines, leads and implements the local medical strategy in alignment with global and regional strategies, and plays a central role in the company’s strategic transition toward a theranostic model in uro-oncology and oncology.
As a true medical leader, he/she:
- Structures the Medical Affairs function in the country,
- Establishes the company’s scientific and clinical credibility with external stakeholders,
- Acts as a strategic medical advisor to General Management.
This role is for a period of 2 years, with a possibility of the prolongation of the contract.
