Café Distl is looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) to support daily operations and guide our service team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinating service operations during assigned shifts
- Supervising and supporting service staff
- Ensuring high customer service standards
- Handling guest feedback professionally
- Supporting staff scheduling and daily planning
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
Your Profile:
- Experience in gastronomy and initial leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Responsible and structured working style
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Good German language skills required
