Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Having at least 3 years of experience in specified areas;
- Holding COMPTIA A+ certification (or equivalent);
- Having proficiency in implementing and maintaining VMware 6 infrastructures.
Desirable:
- Having working knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT);
- Having working knowledge of Microsoft RDS services;
- Having working knowledge of McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (v5.1.3+).
Duties/role:
- Supporting the delivery of advanced 3rd level technical support;
- Supporting fault diagnosis activities using IT and Data Management Services tools;
- Supporting supervision and execution of infrastructure maintenance.
