Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

Eintönen von Basismaterialien und Halbfabrikaten nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen - Anmischen von Lacken und Beizen (lösemittel- und wasserbasiert)

Kontrolle und Dokumentation der eingesetzten Rohstoffe und Vormaterialien
-
Bedienung, Überwachung und Pflege von Tinting-Anlagen sowie Mischaggregaten
-
Ab- und Umfüllen der hergestellten Produkte in Verkaufsgebinde
-
Erkennen und Melden von Qualitätsabweichungen oder Produktionsfehlern
-
Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Produktionsbereich
-
Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorgaben
-
Transport von Rohstoffen und Vormaterialien innerhalb von Produktion und Lager
-
Mitarbeit bei weiteren produktionsnahen Tätigkeiten
Dein Profil:
-
Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (mindestens Sekundarstufe)
-
Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung oder Ausbildung in den Bereichen Produktion, Chemie, Lacke oder Farben
-
Sorgfältige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
-
Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
-
Lernbereitschaft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
-
Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
-
Staplerschein von Vorteil
-
Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
-
Optional: Kenntnisse in Colorimetrie (Farbmetrik) und/oder Qualitätskontrolle
