Clearwater is experiencing exceptional growth across the DACH region, with a rapidly expanding client base. As we deepen our footprint in one of Europe’s most sophisticated investment markets, we continue to build out a dedicated local team - and this role sits right at the heart of that expansion.
This is a rare opportunity to join Clearwater at an inflection point: you will help shape how we serve DACH clients and establish yourself as a primary client relationship owner with some of the industry’s largest and most sophisticated insurers and asset managers.
Service Delivery Managers are responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing strong relationships with Clearwater’s clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring ongoing client engagement, from the daily user to decision maker level.
You are viewed by our clients as a trusted advisor, solving complex front to back investment management and asset owner software solutions. This includes supporting investment reporting, regulatory, and portfolio accounting challenges, acting as a strong internal advocate on their behalf. By maintaining knowledge of product enhancements and the changing investment accounting industry, they play a crucial role providing valuable insights to empower our clients to optimize their investment operations, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
The Clearwater Client Servicing Team is responsible for the on-going servicing of existing clients and seeks to improve clients’ day-to-day workflow by increasing their knowledge of the Clearwater platform and providing them with effective solutions to their risk and performance, accounting, and investment reporting requirements. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, and we collaborate with them to ensure our product meets their current and future needs.
