Director, eCommerce Northern Europe - Hamburg, Germany
As Director, eCommerce Northern Europe, you will lead Pandora's digital growth agenda across eight markets, driving commercial performance while shaping the future of commerce in one of Pandora's most strategically important regions.
You will own the end-to-end eCommerce business, including growth strategy, trading performance, customer experience, marketplace expansion, omnichannel development, and operational excellence.
As a key member of the Northern Europe Leadership Team, you will identify new growth opportunities, influence business priorities, and play a key role in defining the future role of digital commerce within Pandora. This includes shaping how AI-driven customer experiences, emerging technologies, and new commerce models create competitive advantage and accelerate sustainable growth.
Working closely with local and global stakeholders, you will drive transformational initiatives, accelerate growth, and build the capabilities needed for the next phase of our digital journey.
