As an HR Generalist (m/f/d), part-time (approx. 50%), you will be responsible for the efficient and compliant execution of all employee lifecycle processes. Through professional support and advisory services for all stakeholders, you will make a significant contribution to employee satisfaction and retention.
Your key responsibilities include:

Recruiting & Onboarding

Managing the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, applicant management, and candidate pre-selection

Coordinating and conducting interviews

Establishing and further developing onboarding processes

Supporting initiatives to strengthen the employer brand

Employee Support & Communication

Serving as the first point of contact for employees on general HR-related topics

Supporting internal communication on HR matters

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR processes

Advising managers on labor law and HR-related issues

HR Administration

Maintaining and managing personnel files (digital and physical)

Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
