Senior Paid Social Manager (all genders)
Location: Frankfurt
Your Tasks:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize full-funnel and performance-driven paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other paid social channels).
- Strategic Development: Design and implement data-backed strategies aligned with business growth objectives, ensuring scalability and efficiency across paid social touchpoints.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct A/B testing, and translate data into actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including analytics and creative units to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define success metrics, oversee performance tracking across the entire funnel, and deliver clear, structured reports to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Workflow & Process Optimization: Contribute to the development and standardization of internal workflows and automation practices to drive operational efficiency and campaign scalability.
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a paid social specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of developing and optimizing social paid strategies.
- Extensive practical experience with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other paid social platforms.
- Strong understanding of real-time bidding.
- Completed degree in marketing, business, media, or a comparable qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a willingness to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of tracking tools, automation, and new marketing technologies.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to manage relationships with clients.
Nice to Have:
- German language skills.
- Experience with programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Teads, Amazon).
- Experience with Ad Server.
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
- Automotive experience or passion for cars.
