The Risk & Compliance Practice provides strategic, transformational and technical offerings in risk and compliance. What You'll Do

Work as part of cross-functional project teams across financial institutions to develop and implement tailored credit risk strategies, frameworks, and operating models, conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform client decision-making.

Drive delivery across core credit risk project types, including Credit Process Optimization, Credit Model

Development and Validation (PD, LGD), Asset Quality Reviews (AQR), and IFRS 9 impairment frameworks.

Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure successful delivery of regulatory compliance programs, credit risk
-
model validations, and risk governance redesigns.

Serve as a key contributor in credit risk transformation projects, applying your expertise to maximize client impact
What You'll Bring
-
Relevant experience in credit risk within financial services or management consulting, particularly in credit underwriting, PD/LGD model development or validation, regulatory capital, IFRS 9, or lending operations.

Experience working on or alongside regulatory bodies in a supervisory, advisory, or project capacity is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in[FK1.1] quantitative credit risk modelling and financial analysis, with a solid understanding of credit risk model mechanics (PD, LGD) and proficiency in AI-assisted analytics and credit risk platforms used in major banks, as well as tools such as Python or R -
Financial Institutions Experience: Demonstrated track record of delivering credit risk projects for major European banks, helping them address complex regulatory, modelling, and operational challenges.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at the C-suite level and build trusted, long-term client relationships.

Fluent oral and written language skills: German (C1) and English
