Key responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

Sorting and organizing the work areas DPM and One Stop Dashboard

Mapping and structuring dashboards
-
Updating the Power Apps shift tool to the latest status
-
Conducting performance tests in the One Stop Dashboard
-
Preparation and initial steps for sustainability in M&S
-
Enhancing the Shared Desk App
-
Exploring the possibilities of Power Automate within the M&S environment
-
Backlog reporting: testing and visualizing data in Power BI
-
Translation software: evaluating a solution for real-time translation of current tools
-
SharePoint search: identifying and evaluating a solution using NLP for synonym-based search functionality
Qualifications for the role
-
Studies in Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics
-
Basic knowledge of process management (BPMN) and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
-
Very good German and English language skills
-
Open-mindedness and strong teamwork skills
-
Motivation to develop new solutions
-
Technical affinity and interest in innovation

Strong process-oriented thinking
