As an Informatics Technical Specialist (m/f/d), responsible for the region Germany, you will play a critical role in delivering Abbott's AlinIQ Digital Health applications (such as AlinIQ AMS) and ensuring a seamless customer experience from implementation through post-go-live support.
This position combines technical expertise, project execution, customer relationship management, and strategic customer support. You will work closely with laboratories and healthcare organizations to deploy, configure, train, and support innovative digital health solutions that improve laboratory efficiency and connectivity.
