Regional IMS Manager - CNE (m/f/d)

For this position, we offer an annual salary of €68,000 to €74,000 (gross, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.
Your tasks
IMS Maturity development and integration - target one system, not many
Support regional teams with gap analysis and required changes
Communicate structural process change, ensure process owners support all users.
Analyse global IMS frameworks, initiate and report local implementations/ roadmaps
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations are considered
Chair or support: IMS steering committees/ forum
Align IMS activities with business leaders, operations, and functional heads
Support internal audit programmes
Define and track IMS KPIs and maturity metrics
Your qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in quality based role with (degree or masters in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Quality Management or Business Administration / Operations Management
Knowledge of APQP is a must, experienced in the use of q-methods
Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards
APQP as a must, using of q-methods
Experience converting audit outputs into improvement initiatives, including change management
Experience working across multiple countries or regions
Exposure to manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments
Familiarity with digital tools supporting IMS (e.g. SAP, SharePoint workflows, audit platforms)
Ability to balance global standardisation with local flexibility
Strong stakeholder, communication, and influencing skills
