Spannende Aufgaben erwarten Sie – Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen, kosten- und qualitätsoptimierten Beschaffungsstrategie für die Warengruppen Bauleistungen, Technische Gebäudeausstattung, Infrastruktur und Fachplaner. Dazu identifizieren, bewerten und wählen Sie Lieferanten aus und verhandeln Verträge sowie Rahmenvereinbarungen unter Berücksichtigung der VOB und HOAI. Sie übernehmen außerdem die operative Begleitung des Beschaffungsprozesses in SAP-Systemen sowie folgende Aufgabenbereiche:
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von und Mitarbeit in bereichs- und länderübergreifenden Einkaufsprojekten
- Durchführung von Bedarfs- und Marktanalysen, aktives Risikomanagement sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Initiierung und Umsetzung von Standardisierungen, Synergiepotenzialen und Kostensenkungsinitiativen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen als Business Partner
- Reporting und Kommunikation von Einkaufserfolgen und -kennzahlen
