We are looking for an Intern or Working Student to join our Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and sales processes while working with a global team at the forefront of open source technology.
- Help maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the Sales and Account Management team in day-to-day tasks, including data management and analysis.
- Lead qualification & distribution: evaluating potential customers to determine their likelihood of becoming customers, based on specified factors.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Provide administrative support for sales activities and campaigns.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Interest in sales, account management, or customer success. Previous experience through internships or projects is welcome, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (e.g., Google Workspace); experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Fluency in German as well as in English essential; other languages beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
