We're a seed-stage enterprise AI platform startup based in Berlin, building infrastructure that helps organizations securely adopt and integrate generative AI across their entire operations. As our Product Marketer, you'll sit at the intersection of product and market — translating frequent releases into sharp positioning, compelling stories, and sales-ready materials. This is a central, high-ownership role that will shape how customers and prospects understand our capabilities as both the product and the category evolve.
Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.
Turn product updates into compelling narratives that explain why new features matter to buyers.
Develop and maintain positioning that differentiates the platform across buyer personas and markets (e.g., enterprise IT leaders vs. AI leads).
Create clear product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.
Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface what users value and translate insights into marketing assets.
Enable sales and customer success teams with messaging frameworks, collateral, and ready answers to tough product questions.
Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market and product evolve.
Participate in product reviews to stay close to what's being built and why.
Be willing and able to appear on camera and participate in public-facing demos or presentations when needed.
Must-haves:
3+ years of product marketing experience delivering go-to-market for software features or products.
Proven track record owning end-to-end GTM for software releases — from planning through cross-channel execution.
Strong ability to explain technical products simply and accessibly to non-technical audiences.
Excellent, clear writing skills — clarity over cleverness, always.
Habit of working closely with customers to uncover value and turn it into marketing and sales assets.
Collaborative, cross-functional working style across product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
Bias toward owning problems end-to-end rather than waiting for briefs.
Nice-to-haves:
Regular use of AI tools for research, drafting, and content synthesis as part of your day-to-day workflow.
Experience targeting or selling into German enterprise IT markets (including German Mittelstand).
Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
