Ihre Aufgaben
Entwicklung, Erprobung und Serienüberführung von Fertigungsprozessen sowie Umsetzung der produktionstechnischen Roadmap
Evaluation neuer Technologien, Sicherung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Mitwirkung bei Investitionsplanungen
Fachliche Anleitung und Schulung des Fertigungspersonals sowie Abstimmung von Prozessänderungen mit der Produktion
2nd Level Support bei Fertigungs- und Reklamationsproblemen sowie Mitwirkung an FMEA und Qualitätsthemen
Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen (Lasten-/Pflichtenhefte) für Anlagen und Mitwirkung bei Angeboten
Durchführung von Audits, Abstellung von Abweichungen sowie Zuarbeit zur Produktkostenkalkulation
Mitwirkung bei CE-Konformitätsbewertungen, ESD/Prüfmittelkonzepten und Auditvorbereitungen.
Umsetzung und Kontrolle aller relevanten gesetzlichen und internen Bestimmungen insbesondere Arbeitssicherheit, 5S, Umwelt, Datenschutz
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master-/Diplom-Studium in den Fachrichtungen Feinwerktechnik, Maschinenbau, Ingenieurwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektronik, Produktionstechnik oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
3–5 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung als Fertigungsentwickler*in und Prozessingenieur*in in der Anwendung, Konzeptionierung und Validierung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln
Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Prozessentwicklungen, Serienüberführung und Validierungen gemäß ISO 13485 oder ISO 16949
Sichere Anwendung, Erstellung und Auswertung statistischer Analysen zur Qualitätsüberwachung
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und optimale Lösungsansätze aufzubereiten
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur zielgruppenorientierten Vermittlung, kooperativer Arbeitsstil
Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
