As the Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Lead of our partner company Yoshi en, you’ll have the rare opportunity to significantly scale our already successful flagship influencer channel for Yoshi en Tea, while strategically laying the groundwork for our expansion into a new vertical. Your role will be pivotal in defining how Yoshi en connects with its audience, leveraging influencers and partners to amplify our presence and establish a strong brand reputation in the tea industry and beyond.
You will strategically lead our influencer and partnership initiatives, reporting directly to the C-Suite, while also managing and mentoring a dedicated Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands strategic vision, creativity, and the ability to manage complexity. Core Focus: Scaling Yoshi en - Leading Teas of the World
Scale and Strategize: Take full ownership of the influencer marketing strategy for Yoshi en, setting the foundation for long-term substantial and profitable growth and impact across the DACH region.
Leverage Relationships & Strategic Synergy: Identify and collaborate with top-tier influencers and thought leaders in the health, food, and lifestyle sectors. This includes close coordination with the Sunday Natural Influencer Marketing and Sales Teams to leverage their network of therapists and doctors for strategic outreach regarding our functional teas.
Master the Details: Oversee every aspect of influencer partnerships, from outreach and onboarding to campaign execution and performance analysis, ensuring seamless processes and scalable tools.
Lead and Mentor: Act as the leader and direct mentor for the Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, guiding them in daily operations and campaign execution for the tea brand.
Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute physical and digital influencer events to deepen relationships and generate high-quality brand visibility.
Strategic Expansion: New Skincare Venture
Build the Foundation: Initiate and define the strategic plan for the Influencer Marketing channel of our new premium skincare brand, preparing the channel for its launch phase in 2026.
Vision & Alignment: Develop creative strategies for this new vertical that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s values of quality and authenticity.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on the latest industry trends, technologies, and influencer developments, applying insights to both the scaling tea channel and the planning of the new skincare channel.
