To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an Independent working cook I.
Job Description
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for independently preparing and cooking dishes. Duties:
- ingredients are prepared in-house
- application of basic cooking techniques
- provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technical supervision of assistant(s)
Job requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Employment conditions
- Market-rate salary of € 2,510 to € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience and in accordance with the Hospitality CLA (job group V)
- Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA
- Travel allowance, if applicable
