We’re looking for a Senior Animator — someone who brings characters and worlds to life with strong style and attention to detail. You won’t just animate — you’ll define how things feel and move, shaping the overall player experience.
At this level, you’ll own animation quality, influence visual direction, and help raise the bar across the team.
We’re a team of people who left safe jobs to build something better. No bureaucracy, no pointless meetings — just sharp minds building games that stand out.
What you’ll do
-
End-to-End Animation: Create fluid character animations, dynamic backgrounds, and eye-catching VFX;
-
Tool Mastery: High-quality rigging and animation in Spine 2D and motion graphics in After Effects;
-
Visual Style Development: Collaborate with Art Directors to define the motion language for new game themes;
-
Asset Optimization: Prepare and optimize animations for seamless integration into game engines (performance matters);
-
Creative Polish: Enhance player feedback through "juicy" animations that drive engagement and excitement.
