- About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Political Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis on political developments and public policy in Germany, as well as international affairs, and regional issues, providing timely and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and analyze political, legislative, and policy developments at the national and international level.
· Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on political, economic, and social issues.
· Prepare research papers, policy briefs, background reports, and analytical summaries.
· Track media coverage and identify emerging political trends.
· Provide briefings and presentations for internal stakeholders.
· Assist with the preparation of speeches, reports, and other strategic documents.
· Maintain databases and research resources to ensure information is current and reliable.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
· Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise reports.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to work well in a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research tools.
· Professional proficiency in English, Arabic and German is required.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in political research, public policy, government, diplomacy, think tanks, NGOs, or international organizations.
· Knowledge of regional and international political affairs.
· Experience working in multicultural environments.
