beets&roots steht für gesunde, frische und nachhaltige Bowls, Salate und Wraps – schnell zubereitet und mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch. Unsere Mission ist es, modernes Fast-Casual-Dining mit gesunden Zutaten und innovativen Rezepten zu verbinden. Wir servieren gute Laune und gutes Essen in 9 Restaurants in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf und Stuttgart. In den nächsten 12 Monaten werden wir 10 weitere Restaurants eröffnen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Komplette Leitung eines Teams mit 10-15 Mitgliedern inkl. Personalführung und -entwicklung: Dienstplanung, Motivation und Training des Teams
- Vollständige Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Leistung und das Wachstum
- Sicherstellung von exzellentem Kundenservice und Einhaltung der beets&roots-Standards im Zusammenhang mit Lebensmitteln
- Umsetzung und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätsverbesserung
- Tägliche Problemlösung in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
Das bringst du mit
- mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung im professionellen Gastgewerbe
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Personalmanagement und in der Kommunikation
- Leidenschaft für gesundes, frisches Essen und hervorragenden Service
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamgeist
- Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu wachsen
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse. Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Our mission is to combine modern fast-casual dining with healthy ingredients and innovative recipes. We serve good vibes and good food in 9 restaurants in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and Stuttgart. We will be opening 10 more restaurants in the next 12 months.

Your tasks
- Complete management of a team of 10-15 members, including personnel management and development: duty scheduling, motivation, and training of the team
- Full responsibility for economic performance and growth
- Ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with beets&roots standards in relation to food
- Implementation and optimization of processes to increase efficiency and improve quality
- Daily problem solving in a fast-paced environment
What you bring to the table
- At least 2 years of management experience in the professional hospitality industry
- Strong skills in personnel management and communication
- Passion for healthy, fresh food and excellent service
- Hands-on mentality and team spirit
- Organizational skills with a strong service orientation
- Willingness to take on responsibility and grow in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of profit and loss statements
- Fluent English skills. German skills are an advantage.
