Springer Nature is seeking an Associate or Senior Editor to join the Research Cross-Journal Editorial Team .
This exciting position involves being part of a team of editors that will work closely — and flexibly — with the existing Nature Research Journals such as Nature Geoscience . The ideal candidate would be a critical thinker with a deep understanding of geosciences , curiosity, and a desire to learn about areas beyond it, and who can think on their feet .
Working closely with Chief Editors and journal teams, while reporting to the Head of the Research Cross-Journal Team, on other aspects of journal content and strategy, as appropriate .
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Research experience to PhD level or equivalent in geoscience, with particular emphasis on biogeochemistry, hydrology, geomorphology, or closely related areas.
