YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You support the annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions. In addition, you conduct market benchmarks and salary studies and derive data-driven recommendations.
Your responsibilities include contributing to the development and maintenance of job evaluation, grading, and compensation structures. You analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
You also contribute to the analysis and further development of employee benefits in an international context. You collaborate closely with international People & Culture teams as well as external service providers and brokers.
Furthermore, you support renewal processes including cost analyses and strategic evaluations. You prepare decision-ready analyses, reports, and presentations for international stakeholders.
With a focus on data and performance, you analyze reward data and create reports such as pay gap and trend analyses. You ensure data quality in the HRIS and support audits and compliance-related reporting activities.
When needed, you coordinate international reward-related projects and support the implementation of new tools or systems. You continuously improve processes and contribute to the development of documentation, guidelines, and policies in the context of compliance and governance.
WHAT YOU BRING
You have completed a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Ideally, you also hold relevant certifications such as CCP or GRP.
You bring several years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards. You are also familiar with salary surveys, benchmarking tools, and international reward structures.
Proficiency in working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors is among your strengths. You are experienced in job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer or Hay.
You stand out with strong analytical and numerical skills as well as advanced Excel capabilities. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is one of your key strengths.
You demonstrate strong communication skills in stakeholder management and handle confidential data with integrity. You also bring a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team characterize your way of working.
Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
