For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for Internship Logistics (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as soon as possible (6 Months period).
Responsibilities:
Purchase orders and the preparation of sales invoices
Ensure and coordinate the stock quantities to be kept, including delivery order processing to the parent company, incoming and outgoing posting
Monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts
Support our Supply Chain Manager for the complete handling of the transport chain and logistical processes
Support our Supply Chain Manager by the tracking of supplier contracts, checking and entering supplier invoices
Monthly stock analysis and inventory
Support for customer care and the handling of customer complaints
Active participation and assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual reports and the preparation of reports and statistics
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
Safe handling of MS Office programs
Fluency in English language, knowledge of German or Korean is advantageous
Customer and service-oriented attitude
Structured, self-dependent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
