Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented, fluent German and English speakers based in Germany to join our remote team as AI Voice Model Evaluators. In this role, you will help test, compare, and evaluate advanced voice-based artificial intelligence models. Your primary responsibility is to interact with AI models using German voice prompts, assess the quality of their audio responses, determine which model performs best or worst, and provide clear, well-written justifications in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Voice Prompting & Interaction: Generate natural, creative, and context-driven voice prompts in German to test dual AI voice models.
- Response Evaluation: Listen to and critically analyze the audio responses generated by the AI models in German.
- Comparative Analysis: Determine which model outperforms the other based on accuracy, tone, responsiveness, and overall audio quality.
- Written Justification: Document your findings and provide concise, high-quality written justifications for your choices in English.
- Task Rotation: Adapt smoothly to different types of testing tasks and prompt scenarios provided throughout your shift.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent / Native-level German speaker (spoken and written) for evaluating voice models.
- Strictly C1 level or higher in English (spoken and written) for documenting justifications and internal communication.
- Location: Based in Germany.
- Technical Setup: Access to a reliable computer, a quality microphone/headset, and a stable internet connection.
- Experience: No prior technical or coding experience is required; success depends on exceptional communication skills and an analytical mindset.
Hours & Work Schedule
- Daily Commitment: At least 8 hours of active work within every 24-hour window.
- Flexible Breaks: Hours do not need to be completed in a single continuous block; breaks can be taken throughout the day as needed.
- Weekly Commitment: Minimum 40 hours per week.
- Weekend Flexibility: Standard work days are Monday through Friday, with full flexibility to take weekends off or work weekends to increase weekly hours and earnings.
