Eligibility Criteria
This internship is part of a local scheme with universities in Germany. The main eligibility criterion is to be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the entire duration of the internship. You will be required to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa, and enrolment certificate as part of the eligibility verification process.
Your key accountabilities include:
Tasks:

Supporting allocated project tasks within the Programs & Performance area, working under guidance to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Tracking HR KPIs and scorecards to help assess HR effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Working with HR teams to improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data and management information.

Collaborating with regional and country HR teams to deliver ticketing requirements and resolve issues arising from the ticketing process.

Checking for recurring service delivery issues, resolving straightforward ones, and escalating complex cases when needed.

Maintaining reports, supporting GFX data accuracy, and using business intelligence and data analytics tools such as PowerBI to analyse trends.
