Business Analyst Pharma (m/w/d)
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of LIMS solutions to our clients. Acting as the bridge between business users and the technical implementation team, you will gather and document functional requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure that the system configuration aligns with customer expectations.
You will work closely with project managers, configuration designers, and application programmers to deliver high-quality, timely, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
➢ Interface with customers to understand and document business processes and functional requirements
➢ Translate user needs into clear functional specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with Lab-Vantage architecture
➢ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth transition of requirements for configuration and development
➢ Facilitate customer workshops to gather insights and define detailed business requirements
➢ Create and manage Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) in line with project scope and con-sulting days
➢ Support data migration and master data setup in coordination with the client
➢ Lead or support acceptance testing with the client, documenting issues and managing resolution
➢ Work closely with project managers to manage timelines, delivery expectations, and scope changes
➢ Provide day-to-day contact and support to the client during implementation and transition phases
➢ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover to LabVantage Support
