As a reliable partner in turnkey building, the firm executes diverse developments spanning educational institutes, medical facilities, commercial offices, industrial sites, and modern housing.
Your Role & Scope of ImpactIn this newly established management position, you will direct and cultivate the cost estimation department. You will blend direct project calculation responsibilities with strategic goals, including workflow optimization and the implementation of AI instruments within estimation routines.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Direct and guide the cost estimation staff, serving as the main contact person for day-to-day operations.

Independent Cost Estimation: Draft accurate, competitive cost calculations and bid proposals for turnkey construction assignments valued between €30M and €60M (up to €200M on occasion).

Tender & Risk Analysis: Evaluate bidding paperwork for completeness, pinpoint potential enhancements, and execute structured risk and opportunity reviews.

Process & Master Data Management: Manage, refresh, and expand internal estimation databases alongside unit pricing records.

Strategy & Negotiation: Conduct internal calculation reviews, brief division management directly, refine tender strategies, and support contract closing discussions.
Candidate Profile

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent technical field.

Experience: 5+ years of background in building cost calculation, work preparation, or site management within turnkey construction.

Leadership Skills: Initial experience guiding staff or managing project teams.

Software Skills: High proficiency in standard industry estimation tools (iTWO) and MS Office applications.

Languages: Fluent command of German (minimum C1 standard).
