As Regional Sales Manager DACH, you are responsible for growing Peblar’s indirect sales channel (distributors and wholesalers) across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will strengthen relationships with existing key accounts, expand revenue opportunities, and act as the trusted commercial partner for our customers.
Your regularly travel across the DACH region, understanding customer needs, and aligning internally with teams such as customer service, logistics, operations, and marketing. Your responsibilities are:
Expand revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and deeper account penetration.
Build trusted customer relationships, drive loyalty, and ensure repeat business.
Lead or support pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and mutual value creation.
Identify customer specific growth opportunities aligned with DACH market trends.
Share customer and competitive insights to influence product development.
Work closely with internal teams across borders to ensure smooth execution of customer needs.
Maintain accurate CRM data, use digital tools effectively, and drive process improvements.
