As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth.
- Assist in business operations, strategy and process optimization
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline research, reporting and internal workflows
- Conduct market research and support decision-making
- Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Support seed rounds, investor relations, and financial planning
- 2+ years in a startup, consulting, VC, or business development role
- Proven track record of automating workflows with AI tools
- Hands-on experience in finance or investor relations
- Fluent German (C1 or above)
- Fluent English (C1 or above)
- Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
- Valid EU work authorization
