Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team, including document preparation, scheduling, coordination and other HR-related administrative activities.

Maintain accurate employee data and HR records while supporting attendance tracking and leave administration.

Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and managing related administrative processes.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including the preparation of documentation and coordination of internal processes.

Provide support with employee communication, engagement initiatives, visa administration and relocation processes for international employees.

Support payroll preparation by maintaining relevant records and providing accurate HR-related information.

Assist with training coordination, including scheduling activities and maintaining related documentation and reports.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Completed vocational training in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR support, office administration or a comparable administrative role.

Good understanding of HR processes, employee administration and personnel documentation.

Fluent German and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken. English language skills would be considered an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HR systems would be considered an advantage.

Knowledge of German labor law would be considered an advantage.

Strong organizational and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
