Within Application Information Technology in EMEA, based in Hilden, Germany, we are looking for an
Digital & IT Analyst (w/m/d).
Your responsibilities:

Lead and support IT, digitalization, and SAP Business One projects

Develop, test, maintain, support, and document software applications, interfaces, and system integrations
-
Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
-
Support daily operations and handle support requests, e.g. via ServiceNow
-
Collaborate with business functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Engagement
-
Prepare functional specifications, project documentation, and user training materials
-
Analyze systems, data, and business processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and technology-enabled solutions.

Communicate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and international IT teams
-
Provide guidance to peers and actively participate in the team cadence to support the team’s continuous improvement
What you should bring:
-
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification

Experience in software development and system integration
-
Knowledge of SAP Business One (preferred) or SAP or other ERPs
-
Good SQL skills and experience with databases and reporting tools
-
Experience with ERP systems, interfaces, and business processes
-
Project management experience and a structured, solution-oriented working style
-
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different business functions
-
Good English skills for working in international teams
Nice to Have
-
SAP Business One certification
-
Experience with SAP add-ons, SAP SDK, DI-API, B1iSN, Crystal Reports, or .NET
-
Knowledge of EDI, middleware, and complex integration scenarios

Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Power Analysis, or Business Warehous
