Key Responsibilities
Functional & Business Responsibilities
- Act as a functional representative for Legal Risk and Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
- Engage with Business, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to
- Gather, analyze, and document regulatory and business requirements
- Interpret regulatory changes and assess functional impact
- Prepare clear and structured functional deliverables, including:
- Business and Functional Requirement Documents
- Functional designs, business rules, workflows, and reporting logic
- Ensure alignment with internal policies, controls, and regulatory expectations
- Support UAT activities, including requirement clarification, issue analysis, and business sign-off
- Act as a bridge between Business and IT, clarifying functional intent and resolving requirement-related queries
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues impacting regulatory commitments
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact between Business and Technology teams.
- Conduct requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and reviews in German and English.
- Prepare concise functional summaries, impact assessments, and status updates for stakeholders.
Skills
- German at native/C2 level
- Strong exposure to:
- Legal Risk
- Regulatory Reporting
- Risk, Compliance, or Finance functions
- Proven experience in business analysis and functional design roles within regulatory programs.
- Good understanding of banking systems, data flows, and reporting platforms

Pay: 60.000,00€ - 65.000,00€ per year
