We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to become the dedicated end-to-end marketing owner for a new digital B2C product within celebrate company, building all marketing activities from the ground up. You'll combine paid acquisition, landing page optimization, CRM and customer research into one cohesive growth engine – with a strong AI-first approach to how you work. This role sits within a small, autonomous cross-functional team and reports into the CMO organization, based remotely within the GSA region.
The yearly salary range for this position is 70.000-125.000€ (Senior/Principal).

End-to-end ownership of all marketing activities – from paid acquisition on Meta through landing page creation and conversion rate optimization to CRM and lifecycle campaigns

Customer research through regular interviews and qualitative feedback to inform product positioning, messaging, and growth priorities in a very early beta stage

Continuous growth experimentation across new channels, creative formats, and AI-powered workflows, with full responsibility for marketing KPIs such as cost per install, funnel conversion, and activation rates

Marketing performance reporting and budget steering, including campaign analysis, forecasting, and data-driven recommendations in close collaboration with the Product & Business Lead, the CMO and the founder

Several years of hands-on experience in growth marketing for a digital B2C product in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, ideally as a founding marketer or first marketing hire

Proven experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns (especially Meta) as well as CRM/lifecycle campaigns, with strong analytical skills and a creative/aesthetic mindset, familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude

Native-level German and fluent English; experience with app marketing, Influencer marketing and/or SEA is a plus
