Tasks:
- Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems for HVAC and building services projects.
- Program, configure, and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Develop control logic and functional descriptions.
- Configure communication networks including BACnet, Modbus, and KNX.
- Commission automation systems and provide on-site technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve automation and control system issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, project specifications, and commissioning reports.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement of system performance and energy efficiency.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal preferred).
- Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience with HVAC automation and control systems.
- Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, KNX, or other industrial communication protocols.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and system testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
