As a Certified Accountant (m/f/x) and part of our Finance Team, you will…
- Take full ownership of day-to-day accounting operations after your onboarding period.
- Support the preparation of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare reports for regulatory filings, including VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and ZM (EC Sales Lists).
- Prepare and monitor payment runs, ensuring timely execution.
- Create reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle intercompany invoicing between group entities.
- Perform preparatory work related to payroll accounting.
- Completed qualification as a Certified Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter:in (Germany).
- At least two years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within a tax advisory firm.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, preferably under the German Commercial Code (HGB).
- Confident user of Excel, particularly for data analysis and preparation.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken German and English.
- High willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment.
Excellent numerical understanding, strong analytical skills, and a structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style.
