We are looking for a high-energy, AI-native builder: someone who is close to technology, learns fast, prototypes quickly and turns ideas into usable agents and workflows. The ideal candidate does not only understand AI conceptually, but uses it naturally to simplify work, remove manual effort and create practical solutions that people actually use. The person should be senior enough to engage with business leaders, but hands-on enough to build, test, iterate and ship practical solutions themselves.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, GenAI workflows, automations or AI-enabled productivity solutions in a business context.
- An AI-native way of working: comfortable using agents, copilots and automation as part of daily work, not as a side activity.
- Proven ability to simplify complex work, reduce coordination effort and design lean, scalable ways of working across distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management, collaboration platforms and enterprise data sources, with the ability to turn them into usable agent-enabled knowledge flows.
- Strong business orientation and ability to translate AI use cases into measurable productivity, quality and execution impact.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization while staying hands-on, pragmatic and close to implementation.
- Ability to mobilize and steer flexible, purpose-driven squads without relying on large fixed teams — bringing the right people together around concrete use cases and keeping momentum until delivery.
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and outcome-oriented mindset — a builder who starts with real use cases, tests fast, learns quickly and scales what works.
