Sakura Mura B.V. in Meppel is looking for two Independent working cook I.
Sakura Mura is a modern Japanese All You Can Eat restaurant in the center of Meppel. Here, guests enjoy fresh sushi, grilled dishes, hot fish and meat dishes, and authentic Asian specialties in an atmospheric and welcoming environment. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for two Independent working cook I.
Responsibilities
- preparing ingredients independently
- application of basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s)
Job requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
We offer
A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience (in accordance with the Hospitality CLA - Job Group V)
Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA.
Travel allowance (if applicable).
