In the Talent & Organization team at DKV Mobility, you will work on key future-focused topics such as Learning & Development, Leadership, Talent Programs, and the further development of our organization. Depending on availability, the position can also be filled as a working student (gn).
Depending on your type of assignment and personal focus, you will support us in the following tasks, among others:
- You support organizational and talent development projects, for example in the areas of learning, leadership and talent development, employee engagement, and employer branding.
- You support the organization, execution, and follow-up of workshops, trainings, and internal events (virtual and on-site), for example in the further development and roll-out of the new corporate strategy.
- You support the design, implementation, and continuous development of learning and development offerings, such as future skills, digital learning formats, and their internal communication.
- You maintain and structure content in our learning environment, for example in the learning management system and on knowledge platforms.
- You support us in the area of employee engagement, for example during the roll-out of employee surveys and the preparation of results.
- You support us in employer branding by independently taking on projects, planning shoots, and similar activities.
- You provide flexible support with special tasks and current topics within the team.
